Can't see how they can use of structure as it suffers from "Concrete Cancer" a defect that came to light years ago and causes crumbling of the concrete which is evident of the old building.

Don`t worry, there will be some highly qualified structural engineers involved with this build so it`s not going to collapse anytime soon.

Just had a walk down there, not as much demolished as I thought there would be.......only the non structural walls seem to have gone so far.
