Gammon Joints
« on: October 04, 2016, 13:10. »
Last time we were out the Mrs bought a couple of gammon joints in Quick Save, she's also bought a couple on this visit.
She does them in the slow cooker, they are lovely
If you like your gammon well worth trying
The girls in the shop always tell me how well they are selling

Regards all

I just buy a piece of lean pork from Lidl costs between €3-4 and put it in the slow cooker for 6 hours, with what ever sauce I want. Lovely. And not too salty like gammon.

I know what you mean about salty gammon llamedos, horrid, on the evidence of four joints from Quick Save, not salty at all
