Has digenove been taken over by Ryan Air
Reason I say this is other day i got them to reline my Dish
All ok TILL I tried to watch a Program
I started to get a Talkover for blind people and its driving me mad
I rang them and was told they would ring Back 24 hours later still no call
rang again to day and was told no one could come out TILL NEXT TUESDAY
Come on you had not done job right in first place so to my mind they should come out and finish what I paid for not make me wait another 5 days
I call this CRAP SERVICE and will not use them again
If any one uses them Check every thing is 100 percent before you let the Engineer go

Check your tv remote, ours has an audio description (AD) button on it if you press it inadvertently it brings up what your describing, press it again and it stops the running commentary.

I agree Andy, having dish realigned is almost certainly nothing to do with issue, depending on what receiver and specific television its probably the Audio description thats been activated on the tv remote, same as subtitles simple on or off.
Diginova have been around a long time and always get positive reviews. Maybe its the way you asked ?
They dont like it up em !

No the box has no edit on or off for audio over-talking
Tried every Button on it
It was not happening before the Re-tune of Dish and Box So it had to be some thing the Engineer done
The Reason given that the mistake can not be done before next Tuesday was planed work load
but no reason was given why my call was not returned when I was told I would be rung back with in the Hour

Sorry But when I pay for a Service I expect A1 nothing less
Yes they have been fine up to now,
 But is it now getting We have grown so customer care can go by the book That why I asked tongue in cheek
Have they Been Taken over by Ryan Air

Was gaston the engineer?,I have never had a problem with diginova.I would call them again and ask for gaston he will sort your problem out for you.
