Serafin reopening
« on: March 24, 2016, 14:56. »
We had lunch at BJ's in Arenalas the other day, I recognised the lady who served as as the owner of Serafin, a restaurant we had some great meals at.
We started chatting and she told us that when the hotel opens she will be reopening Serafin
Good to see that local business people believe it will bring more spending power to the area

Regards all

This hotel really does seem to be happening! What great news. And to hear it's already buoying local business is the cherry on top.

Hi Gemstone, for €12 I'm not complaining
Lovely terrace to sit and watch the world go by
Bread and alioli that packed one hell of a punch of garlic appeared within minutes of sitting down as did the tomatoes in oil
The drinks appeared very quickly followed by a tuna salad, very fresh salad.
For starters I had cheese and ham, five decent chunks of manchego and slices of Serrano, I enjoyed it, the Mrs had a great sized portion of Russian salad, it was good.
Mains I had  a well cooked Emperadour steak with chips, the Mrs had a decent size and very moist chicken breast with chips.
A "school dinner" lemon cake was had for dessert
She remembered us from the Serafin, we used to go in regularly and on a few occasions helped her daughter with her homework!!
Busy restaurant with plenty of staff, but you know who's in charge
Would we go again, yes, but not in a rush

Regards all

John
