I know lots of people do not agree with people selling fake dvds... But just a quick question....Do the fake dvd men still come round the bars at night? I myself would never buy them, As I fully understand how wrong it is ..... just asking for a friend   ;D  ;D

I was there for 17 nights and did not see anyone.  Just the usual man with the flashing hats and beer coasters

Likewise, haven't seen any DVD sellers in a long time, the ability to download/stream movies direct may have killed off the trade.

Think access to Freesat and Internet has made dvds redundant, when we had our house 15 years ago there was no British TV , I used to take out dvds from home, don't need to now

Thanks all
I haven’t been able to get any at home for a few years. But the villa we are staying in say “some English Channels” what ever that means? So i just wanted a few for the kids to chill out to after a long day of fun in the sun.  (..... I mean my mate does)  :)

"Some English channels" - may mean that the villa only has the community TV rather than internet/satellite, if so it will be mainly Spanish channels with some other countries thrown in, the English channels likely to be BBC1, 2 maybe 3, ITV1, maybe 2 or 3, Channel 4, More 4, and a few randoms such as True Entertainment. I think our system, on Altomar 2, has approx 12 channels in the English language but as I hardly ever watch them I can't be quite sure - but definitely the mainstream ones are there.
