The bloke behind me in the queue flying back from Alicante on Thursday. It kept saying 'locator form not available'. They wouldn't let him on the plane.
Looks like you may have to do it again. :-(

I have the locator form back from the Gov. site. It is the QR Code that has not come through.

Morning George,

Very strange - the ONLY thing you get back is a .pdf e.mailed to you.

Its one document with the qr code embedded in the top RH corner - see attached

I was just looking at mine for the 21st when you beat me to it Beachlife. However the QR code wasn't checked at either Alicante or Birmingham on landing. I just showed the locator form on my phone to the girl at check-in.

Phoned the Gov helpline. As you say it is the QR code on the  locator form is what they are after.
I am in the airport now waiting to board. Took my paperwork etc to the check in desk. Hardly looked at anything & did not scan the QR code. See what happens at Newcastle.
Thanks for the replies.

I have found getting all the forms together a pain, today I completed the SPTH locator form for me and the wife, got the QR code .pdf file almost immediately, mine to my email address and my wife's to her email address. I'd already uploaded to Ryanair our NHS Covid vaccination documents and the 2 and 8 day tests for the UK testing, I uploaded my wife's SPTH QR code doc but when I tried to upload mine it wasn't having any of it, did all this from my laptop, eventually after much swearing I thought I'll try the Ryanair app on my phone, worked first time. It's worth repeating some excellent advice that a guy put on this forum , make sure the name on the NHS Vaccination certificate is exactly the name you put at the beginning of the SPTH form. Off to GA Friday, frazzled band ragged describes my state after recent events

Might be an idea to photos hoot your covid and locater forms off your Ryanair boarding pass. I had all upload on Ryanair and seemed fine. Checked this morning and info not now on boarding pass. I have time to rectify but would have been in a sticky situation if it had happened at the airport.

That was me - caused me a lot of problems when I put my middle name on the one and not the other. Glad I've been able to help someone.

Thanks guys, I booked the 2 and 8 day tests about two days before they changed it! Damn! Also my wife's surname is double barrelled and mine isn't, so I used passport names and the NHS Vaccination certificates had our shortened names so had to adjust, will check Ryanair's upload area before we depart for the airport. Have also printed off everything twice and put in two separate sleeves and going in two bags,I'm going to need therapy I reckon.

When I completed the SPTH form it gave me the opportunity to download a .pdf copy direct from the website which I did, also got an emailed one as well. Isn't it calming and relaxing doing all the documents.

When I download and print off the documents I almost feel as if I'm there
