 Hi I have just got a 2 page letter from Electricity company saying something about 15kw but cant understand very much as its technical has anyone else had these letter and can you throw any light on what they are going to do something about equipment and contracts hope someone can Thank you all.

Hi Allison not sure if i am right about this but we have just had a smart meter fitted and i know that Iberdrola do want everyone on smart meters by 2018. you can go into the Iberdrola office and speak to them there is always someone who speaks English i believe

 :)  Thanks Gordon sounds about right, however I am happy with meter I have, I don't get any tripping so hope I can keep well alone if aint broke don't fix it as they say !

From what i understand they intend doing the meters anyway. the only reason we looked into it was because we had 3 air condition units fitted and upgraded the main fuse from a 3.3 to a 5.7 fuse and were being fined about 40 Euros every 2 months so now we have the proper contract and hope to actually save money.
