When we were over in June a letter from the Suma office was delivered to our mailbox in Altomar 2 but addressed to a lady named Brigit Yvonne Limdstroem. We have owned the property since it was built so we went to see our Administrators to find out the correct house number but we were told that no-one of that name was registered as a proprty owner. The letter was returned to Suma stating that the addressee was not at this address. We have just returned here to find 2 further letters together we a notification fron the Spanish post office. Does anyone know this lady so that we can redirect these letters, if not we will have to contact the Suma office somehow.

Think it might be best if you go to the suma office in Santa pola they speak English it's near the castle in the centre of town you don't need an appointment just wait in the queue it not usually very long this time of year . Take your own suma and property details I am sure they will sort it out for you I have always found them very helpful

We did not know that the Suma office was in Santa Pola, we were actually near the castle yesterday as well. Thank you so much for this info we we will go down there before we go home.

We easily found the Suma office and as you say they are very helpful. They quickly sorted the matter out and we were told that we should not receive any further correspondence addressed to this lady, although still at a loss as to how she became linked to our address as apparently she does not live anywhere near Gran Alicant. Still all sorted, so thank you once again for your advice.
