Best of luck with your Gabe market case, we bought one last year only lasted 2 trips, at departure just as boarding the plane the extendable handle locked in place without time or tools to see what had occurred within mechanism the only option was to snap it off. That said we did get 2 trips as most stuff from that shop doesnt last the day. On a serious point earlier this year one of the kids bought a copy Rubiks cube off the counter at Gabes about 7 euros, within 20 minutes the tat had fallen apart, the wife attempted to put it back together and in the process cut her finger badly on a razor sharp sliver of metal which holds the item together. I noticed no CE mark on packaging so returned to Gabe with bag of bits and wife's hand with a plaster stemming blood loss. The nice english speaking chinese lady who does the till suddenly had linguistic issues and couldnt understand me, just repeating "toy is not for babies" well the wifes 50 so i struggled to see her point. She summoned the main man over, where i pointed out that the item was illegal for sale within the EU as it didnt have the appropriate CE mark and could i have my 7 euros back, he declined so i started to ring Policia Local to report the injury,at this there was a look of utter fear on there faces and the 7 euros was slammed on the counter. Result.
